About the Journal

Acta Health Scientifica (Acta Health Sci) is an international, independent, and peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal in the field of health sciences. Published tri-annually in April, August, and December, exclusively in English, the journal welcomes original research across a broad spectrum of health disciplines, including dentistry, midwifery, nursing, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, nutrition and dietetics, health education, health management, and sports health. The journal operates on a non-commercial, open-access basis — no fees are requested from authors at any stage.

Acta Health Scientifica is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing original research, reviews, and short communications across medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, and allied health sciences. The journal follows a double-blind peer review process and adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics.
